Why I don't see albums/songs in my certification plaques section?

Question

When I'm in my charts section, in the bottom of this section there is one called "certification plaques". I've set some decent values in settings before so I should see them but I don't. Am I doing something wrong?

You have to go the songs/albums' pages and generate the certifications plaques
