How to remove a week?

i was updating the 48th week of my charts and suddenly a 49th week appeared. that 49th week covered my scrobbles that took place last week instead of next week. i have tried resetting my account, changing the day, and updating and it still won't go away. any suggestions?

Try to edit the 3 charts (album, artist and song), even with it empty
