Bug: My Year End Charts are not working!!!!!!!!!

Question

hey guys, my YEC song chart is not updating. It updates the Albums and Artist with no problems but the Song Chart stays the exact same and I know it hasnt changed because I played 1 song over 100 times in 1 week which would give it a top10 YEC placement and yet it is no where to be found on the chart. Please give any help you can.

Same thing is hapenning to me! Songs are not getting updated! Wish this could be fixed anytime soon.
