"Pimpin" was released as the second single from Megan Thee Stallion's most recent mixtape "Fever" exactly three weeks ago. Let's take a look at it's performance since then...
"Pimpin" debuted at #1 in it's first week, selling 420,000 units and snagging the 8th largest pure sales debut for a single of all time - 320,000 copies sold. "Pimpin" took a large dip in it's second week, dropping from #1 to #25. In it's third week, it seems to be finding stabilty. It rose from #25 to #20. And with 731,000 units sold in only three weeks, it's selling at a faster than average rate as well. The lead single "Sex Talk" is still heating up the charts, moving up from last week's #26 to #7 this week. It has sold 1.4 million units, making it a platinum certified hit.
