Charts not accurate

Question

Apologies, I don't speak Portuguese.

I have noticed a bug in the last two weeks where my albums chart is completely wrong to my accurate plays on last.fm, some albums are not shown. Is anybody else having this problem?

I may have to leave the site if this doesn't get sorted as it's annoying.

that's weird, probably it's an error of last.fm

Can your print screen it? To me it seems that you are confused about how Zero charts work, Last.fm and Zero have different timestamps for their charts, Last.fm charts are based on the last 7 days with no especific date established and Zero charts are based on a whole week (Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday), that's probably why there seems to be a "bug"

Sure, here are a couple of screenshots. The prime example here is the new Little Mix album.

On Last.FM, it is showing currently at #2 with 55 plays, only being released in full on Friday. On Zero, it is nowhere to be seen and it is showing Sigala as being #2 instead. Can you see the discrepancy? This has only happened in the last two weeks, which makes me wonder if this has any connection to the new library data on Last.FM.

What do you guys think?? It is driving me mad with my stats!!

This is still not working and for two weeks now my album charts have been looking very messy. Any ideas on what I can do?

Yeah, this bug is still happening and it's stressing me out so I think I will abandon this site. My OCD can't deal with things being inaccurate like this.
