so i read the certifications article, and it says that 1 weekly play is 1000 units, but why does it not multiply here then?
the image isnt uploading but it just says
plays 562 x 1.00 = 562
points 372 x 1600 + 562,000
why arent the plyas multiplying by 1000 then?

Hi. It’s currently multiplying by only 1, not 1,000.
You can change this in your chart. Go to Edit in the Charts section, then open the Certifications tab and change the weight from 1 to 1,000 so the plays are multiplied correctly.
