Certification won't appear in statistics

Bad Bunny's Un Verano Sin Ti just turned platinum in my charts after 9 or 10 weeks, yet it won't appear nowhere in the statistics, specifically in the “Quickest to reach x milestone” section.

just wanted to see if that is just my issue or it is a common problem

Hi, it doesn't work this way. It counts weeks that it didn't chart too, so it took months.
