My scrobbles & chart keep disappearing
Hello.
With the new update of ZeroCharts, I was trying to load my scrobbles and create a chart. But everytime I load all of my scrobbles and get my chart updated, the next day, everything is gone and the app ask me to load all of my scrobbles all over again and load my chart again.
How can I fix it?

same here. i use edge.
I just noticed this as well. Was working a moment ago. I think the desktop webapp I'm using runs through chrome. suddenly need to reload all of my charts?

e’re still investigating the issue on Edge and trying to understand why some of you are experiencing it. Have you already checked whether the options to clear browsing data when you close the browser are turned off?

Just the desktop app or Chrome too?
Acabou de acontecer comigo também, uso o Edge. O note desligou abruptamente por causa da bateria e quando liguei dnv eu tive que carregar todas as semanas novamente.
A mí también, no sé puede cargar nada
Msm coisa aqui, sempre acontece isso
É algo realmente relacionado ao Edge, estou esperando o desenvolver dar uma olhada

Around 2-3 weeks ago I started experiencing this as well. I'm on Chrome. It's a minor inconvenience right now – the scrobbles load fast even though I have over a 1000 weeks of data, which is a relief. But it's weird that it started to break out of nowhere. Data was being preserved between sessions before.

I am on Chrome. This issue seems to have been resolved after recent updates though!
