Certification bugs
Hey,
I wanted to report some bugs I noticed on the certification page.
1) Statistics / fastest: The amount of weeks to reach a milestone are not accurate. A lot of songs which should have reached gold in 1 week are not appearing. My biggest song who reached 2x plat in one week doesn't even show up in my top 10 fastest until 4x plat. (MCND - Crush)
2) statistic / pace: according to that page 2 songs went diamond in 2026. I didn't had any song reaching diamond in 2026 tho. The summary page, which shows me the most certified songs, also has zero diamond songs for 2026.
The total sum each month also is not correct (much less songs have been certified that month)
It's also suspicious that a lot of songs getting certified in December.
Also a suggestion: in the overview for diamonds it currently shows: 0% of catalog.
This is accurate, but maybe add two digital after the ,
With my current settings the number would be always 0% because reaching diamond was supposed to be a rare thing on my chart :)

The pace by month seems to be working better but still not completely accurate.
From what I heard you can look into the charts of others accounts?
Sunmi - Siren reached Diamond in 2025 May - that entry never shows up in the by month view
Also in the pace by month - album view it shows that 6 albums have been certified diamond. In reality it were only 5 albums.

I’m not sure if you already modified your chart, but I loaded it on my end and everything looks correct.
"Siren" reached Diamond in 2020 (10M), and the month is displayed correctly in the tabs.
As for having 5 Diamond albums, there are actually 6. One of them has fewer plays, so it appears lower in the library, but it has more weeks and qualified through points.

Hey sorry, I changed my settings so the values are different now.
But for example:
There were two albums going diamond in 2021, which is correct.
One album went diamond in Nov 2022, but according to that graph it went diamond in July 2021. There is no entry in Nov 2022.
This kind of thing happens just to a very small data set, but I also had that phenomen with the previous settings, just different song.

Press refresh button and try again, it should be fixed

i don’t know if it’s just me, but there are albums that are >90% to going diamond even tho they already are certified diamond in my charts
