and now it also tells me to update to PRO even though I already am subscribed and paid it...

Hi. You need to update your chart. Are you using mobile or PC?

Check if footer says: v2.3.1 (2.3.1+2026-06-01T15)

Also on certification click in reload button:

Yes, the footer says that and i am using my macbook + I cant click on the reload button because the tutorial/guide is blocking me from clicking it.

in my account certifications appear only for tracks and not for albums. It says "No certifications yet. Configure the thresholds (Gold, Platinum, Diamond) in the chart settings." But I have already configured them in my charts (I re-did it some minutes ago)

I clicked the reload button several times but it's always the same

footer says v2.3.2 (2.3.2+2026-06-02T11)

It looks normal here. Can you press reload again?
