I’ve tried that but unfortunately it’s still showing the week as missing the tracks and albums.

You deleted the scrobbles, right?
You can also try RECALCULATE CHARTS:
Go to the specific week and EDIT and press REFRESH FROM THE SOURCE:

Yes I’ve done that. I tried deleting again just to make sure and also recalculated the charts but it hasn’t fixed it.

Ok so let's try something different. Can you create your chart again, so we can check if it's a problem in your account? I know you already have two charts, let's create a third one.
First import your chart.
Import your scrobbles
Import your filters
Import your corrections
