Glitches with Charts and Certifications
I noticed just today that the sales for every single album or song went down, and certifications are only working for one album. Also when I go to my library it says that all of my plays were deleted and the only ones that are there are from this week. Then also, when I check an album's sales, even though I've listened to it since I last checked, the sales or plays have not gone up at all.
Hi. Check your Charts Start Date, for me shows as "2026-05-04"

Excellent, now everything seems to be back to normal! I didn't change anything so I don't know if that was something you guys did, but either way it worked! I like my charts to start May 4 because that's the first week I have all of my sleep playlist listens filtered out, but I like making sure that overall every play in my Last.fm history is accounted for. As long as that will work according to my settings, then I'm good to go! Thank you so much!
