Suggestion: Recurrent songs

If a song has spent more than 20 weeks on the chart and falls below position #50 (or other spot, it can be customized in the chart settings), it should leave the chart and not return unless the user manually approves its re entry. This would mainly help with seasonal songs like Christmas or Halloween tracks.
