Missing Scrobbles | Tracks not linked to artist/album?
Not sure if it's because the tracks haven't officially "charted" yet, but for some reason the scrobbles are not tracking to the artist/album correctly. Madison is missing 13 scrobbles on Zero. Same thing happening with another artist: 'Namasenda'. LastFM shows 34 scrobbles, Zero shows 41.

Hi! I have the same problem with a couple of artists.

Yes. For that you have to select "Show items outside the chart" on album tracks page (it's in portuguese right now but I'll fix)
It fixed your issue, right? I'm marking as solved
I have some screenshots, although, I think I know what's happening. So on the other thread I posted Zero Showing 83,374 while Lastfm showed 83,405. Now, after some new scrobbles, Zero is showing 83, 405 while Lastfm is showing 84,437. Theory: maybe Zero Scrobble count is always behind until the next big batch of scrobbles?

Examples of Artist w/ different scrobble counts

yeah the same thing happened to me too it says that my Scrobbles are updated but there are like 2000 scrobbles missing so my latest chart isn’t accurate

Just updating to say that my theory is definitely incorrect. For some reason, I am still showing about 31 less scrobbles on Zero than there are on LastFM

I think Zara scrobbles may have split into Zara Larsson & Different Artist, maybe?
I'll check on you tomorrow, I'm pretty busy these days with certification page so I want to apologize for the late reply

Checked, and no duet scrobbles. Could be ghost scrobbles but not sure how to address

Hi. I built your charts on Scrobble mode here and everything seems to be fine now. Can you please delete your Scrobbles and import them again using this file: https://we.tl/t-KhMaA39z2tBYuCy7
Let me know if it works!

Hi. I also built your charts on Scrobble mode here and everything seems to be fine now (all 824K+ Scrobbles are accounted for). Can you please delete your Scrobbles and import them again using this file: https://we.tl/t-FKdVPTJjdOrFBTHR
Let me know if it works!

This works! Ironically, before you had sent this, I used a last fm data export and then imported the scrobbles and was able to fix it myself. I was just now going to report this as a work around when I saw this reply.
I think what might be causing it is an issue with last.fm's edit scrobble feature. sometimes, when editing a scrobble, last.fm seems to make a ghost scrobble. meaning, it'll fix your edit but then a copy of the original will remain visible. If you click through on the original, it will eventually lead to a page that says the scrobble doesn't exist, but if course, you'll still see it. I think this causes scrobble mode to not count the new edit, creating the lower scrobble count. I'm not sure how, but shortly after exporting my scrobbles last night, some of my edits started to behave normally and the original versions no longer appeared. I had also put in a ticket with last.fm, so hopefully there will be an answer as to why that happens.

Interesting! Let me know what they say! Anyway, I’m glad that worked!
