Unknown error from lastfm - Upload Scrobbles
Hello,
I'm an accustomed user of zerocharts (since about 5 years) and I've been able to put my hands on the new udpate since it is now available for everyone (couldn't log in before as I only signed up with my last fm account).
It's kind of frustrating because I can't upload my scrobbles to create a new chart, all i see is live chart (I've been trying many times since yesterday by following the tutorial and trying different settings). The only thing I get is "incomplete" and unknown error from lastfm. I know my username is right as it works for chartsfm... any idea of what I can do ?

I am a new user, and I am also stuck getting unknown error from lastfm when i try to sync my charts to get the scrobble how to fix this? whenever i tried to load my charts i also get "Erro ao atualizar scrobbles"
This is the same issue I'm getting :(
I figured it out, my scrobbles/recent listening were private. They need to be public to sync the charts.

Hello, you guys have to make your scrobbles public and try again

My Recent Listening is not private by default and I never changed it, I'm not sure what other setting can i change to make sure my scrobbles are public but it is still not working, does this require a pro last.fm subscription?

No, it doesn’t require. Sometimes if you account is old there’s scrobbles with no timestamp. Can you tell me your lastfm user?

Sadly it did not work yet, my last fm account is https://www.last.fm/user/paulpesto
I Have been trying to load my scrobbles even for low amount of weeks with no success, even choosing as little as one month timeframe

You typed your Lastfm username as kayke. Is that your lastfm account? https://www.last.fm/user/kayke

You have to correct to paulpesto too, when try to create a chart. You typed "pauplpesto" in the configuration page
