What are the artist music tiers for your charts? Who are the Immortals, The Legends, The Icons, The Divas, The Next Generation?
You can rename the tiers I have used and list 5 artists for each tier (total 25). Rank them on whatever standards you choose (pure sales, stability, impact, influence, charisma, etc.) for your country.
Here in LePaul-
THE IMMORTALS...
have sold millions (60+) of records with immense talent, stability, & longevity. They have informed music trends for the country.

THE LEGENDS...
have sold millions of record and have had significant influence over the country's music.
Solange | Luther Vandross | Lana Del Rey | Kelela | Prince
THE ICONS...
have sold many records, but generally only hold popularity in certain genres and/or eras.
Little Dragon | Jill Scott | Erykah Badu | Blood Orange | The National
THE DIVAS (aka MUTHAZ)...
are exclusively women artists (mostly pop/vocal/dance) who are very popular in the country. They are also usually queer icons.
FKA Twigs | Lykke Li | Jessie Ware | Toni Braxton | St. Vincent
The NEXT GENERATION...
are artists on the rise who have set records and sold significantly. Their impact and longevity is yet to be proven. However, if so, they would be next up to enter the above tiers.

FlyLo, Impact: inspired the (listening of) of other LePaul Chart artists such as Kaytranada, Thundercat, Kamasi Washington, Kendrick Lamar, Teebs, & J Dilla.
MC, Impact: inspired the (listening of) of other LePaul Chart artists such as Beyonce, Whitney, Janet, Brandy, Babyface, Toni Braxton, Celine Dion, CoCo Jones, ChloexHalle, and Ariana Grande.
JB; Impact: inspired the (listening of) of other LePaul Chart artists such as Sampha, SBTRKT, Little Dragon, Bon Iver, and James Vincent McMorrow.
Janelle, Impact: inspired the (listening of) of other LePaul Chart artists such as Solange, Prince, St. Vincent, Ammarae, Tune Yards, of Montreal, Victoria Monet, Normani, Lady Gaga, Jidenna, and Doechii
