Number of plays not showing right
When I look at artist's page I don't see right number of plays, therefor it's wrong number of SPS too.
I'm posting links to images because it seems impossible to find the domain you support for posting images
Since it happened to also recently released album I see number of plays that happened only during charting.
Hi! Thanks for the screenshots, we could open them fine. You're right: the Tracks list on the artist page is showing only the plays from the weeks each song was on the chart (111 for Piece of Me), while the song page shows the full count (295). That's why the SPS doesn't match too. We're looking into it and will let you know here.
Tip for next time: imgur works in the forum, you just need the direct image link (right-click the image, "Copy image address", it starts with i.imgur.com) and paste it with the "Insert image" button.
Hi! We found it: the artist page was reading a saved copy of your library that had gone out of date, so it fell back to the plays from charted weeks only. It's fixed now: the page notices when that copy is incomplete and rebuilds it by itself. Open the Britney Spears page once and give it a few seconds; the numbers (and SPS) should match the song pages. Let us know if anything still looks off!
