Sync Devices
Hey! Hope you’re doing well.
Quick question: is there a way to sync or merge my charts across my two devices, my laptop and iPhone? Every time I manually edit a week on one device, I have to make the exact same changes on the other one.
Is there a way to have the data automatically synced between both devices?

To give you some examples - the Alejando Sanz profile artist
I can see 15 albums on the laptop page and 17 on my iphone. Ive recalculated the ones on my laptop to fix some names.
I did the same for Ellie Goulding and I had to recalculated both in my laptop and iphone because it wasn't syncing after days.
Hi! We looked into it. Your edits are being saved to the server fine. The issue is that each device downloads its own scrobbles from Last.fm, and since you recalculated your laptop after fixing some names, the laptop now has slightly different names than your iPhone. That's why the edits made on the laptop can't find the matching songs on the iPhone.
To fix it, reload your scrobbles on the iPhone using SINCE THE BEGINNING, as explained here: https://zerocharts.com.br/blog/aprenda-resolver-bugs-e-enviar-correcoes-do-seu-lastfm
After it finishes, both devices should match, including the album count on Alejandro Sanz's page. We're also working on keeping charts on our servers, so your devices will stay in sync without this step.
